I talk about the comments, and then I go into fiction. I’m a little embarrassed by how bad it is at this point, and I have no place to talk about pulp when I try and fix up what I’ve done. I think this is the episode where you read the story I’m thinking of. I rewound “in that moment ronnie felt that they were all women and shelly was the one with a meager dowery” over and over. The idea that women, and religious women especially are deprived of the ability to see a man they desire and fuck him without some serious consequences is something I think of so much. It probably shouldn’t surprise me, although it frequently does, that even in the context of a subjugated queer minority male privileged still exists. I feel like I look to the queer community in order to learn how to approach my partner as an equal, something a woman is never taught to do.
